陳寶兒，香港註冊中醫師，畢業於北京中醫藥大學，曾於本地醫院參與中醫普通科、專科門診（婦科及皮膚科）及中西醫結合治療病房工作。臨床運用傳統中醫經典理論，亦重視現代醫學檢查，全面地認識人體與疾病。陳醫師專注身體及情志（情緒及心志）的關係，尤其在香港不少人因長期壓力及負面情緒引起身體症狀，因此近年先後修畢《心理學文學碩士》、《輔導專業文憑課程證書》、《精神健康急救基礎課程》等，致力達到全人醫治。
Bowie is a registered Chinese medicine practitioner in Hong Kong, having graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. She has worked in local hospitals in general and specialized Chinese medicine clinics (gynecology and dermatology) as well as in Integrated Chinese-Western Medicine (ICWM) Pilot Programme. Bowie applies traditional Chinese medicine theory in her clinical practice, while also valuing modern medical examinations to comprehensive understanding of human body and diseases. She specializes in the relationship between the body, mind, and emotions, particularly as many people in Hong Kong experience physical symptoms due to long-term stress and negative emotions. Hence, she has pursued further studies in psychology, counselling, and basic courses in mental health first aid in recent years, aiming to provide holistic care.
